At Universal Standard, we want you to love what you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition. Whether you are looking for a different size or a complete refund, our process is designed to be as seamless as our fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items with the packing slip, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your request.
